Tina Tchen is president and CEO of TIME’S UP Now and the TIME’S UP Foundation, overseeing strategic plans to change culture, companies, and laws to make work safe, fair, and dignified for women. She co-founded the TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund, which connects people to legal or PR support for sexual harassment. Previously, Tchen was a lawyer specializing in workplace culture. During the Obama administration, Tchen was an assistant to President Obama, executive director of the White House Council on Women and Girls, and the first lady’s chief of staff. She helped create the White House Summit on Working Families and White House Task Force to Protect Students from Sexual Assault. Tchen co-chairs the United State of Women.
