Steve Kerr is head coach of the NBA’s Golden State Warriors, since 2014. In eleven seasons, he has guided the basketball team to four NBA championships and six NBA finals appearances, among other achievements. Kerr also coached the U.S. team to a gold medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics. His 35 years of NBA experience includes 15 years as a player, contributing to teams that won five championships. He’s the NBA’s all-time three-point percentage leader and was awarded NBA Coach of the Year for the 2015-16 season. As a broadcaster, Kerr has been a game analyst for TNT’s NBA coverage and for Turner Sports and CBS’ NCAA Tournament and Final Four coverage. And as an advocate for gun safety laws, he supports efforts including the Brady campaign, Sandy Hook Promise, March for Our Lives and Giffords.
