Roxane White
President and CEO, Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP)
Roxane White is president and CEO of Nurse-Family Partnership, which focuses on low-income, first-time mothers in 43 states and six tribal nations. Skilled in management of large, complex organizations and focused on outcomes, she was previously chief of staff for Denver mayor and then Colorado Governor Hickenlooper. Prior to that, White was head of the Denver Department of Human Services and Medicaid. Recognized in Colorado and in California for her commitment to high-risk families, she was named a 2015 Aspen Ascend Fellow and recently was selected to participate in the Urban Institute US Poverty/Mobility Partnership Group. White is a board member of Rose Community Foundation and Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary.
