Rob Falzon
Vice Chair and Member, Board of Directors, Prudential Financial
Robert Falzon is vice chair and a board of directors member of Prudential Financial, overseeing the finance, risk, investments, actuarial, communications, information and technology, and corporate social responsibility functions. His prior roles at Prudential include executive vice president, chief financial officer, senior vice president, and treasurer. A certified public accountant, Falzon was previously managing director of PGIM Real Estate, heading the global merchant banking and global real estate securities groups and serving as CEO of its European business. Falzon is an advisory board member and former chair of the New Jersey Salvation Army and chairs the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club of Ironbound in Newark. He is a Rutgers University trustee and Rutgers University Foundation Board of Overseers member. (Prudential is a 2023 Festival Underwriter)
