Richard Pascale is an associate fellow of Oxford University’s Said Business School. He advises CEOs and senior executives on leadership strategy and organization and consults to government and nonprofit organizations, including the World Economic Forum, the US Army, and the Sierra Club. Pascale taught at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business for 20 years. He was previously an advisor to the US ambassador in Iraq, a White House fellow, special assistant to the secretary of labor, and on the senior staff of a White House task force. Pascale is the author or co-author of several books, including The Power of Positive Deviance, and numerous articles in Harvard Business Review.
