Reeta Roy
President and CEO, The MasterCard Foundation
Reeta Roy is president and CEO of The MasterCard Foundation, which during her tenure has committed almost $2 billion to education, skills training, and financial inclusion programs reaching more than 10 million people living in poverty. She was previously divisional vice president of global citizenship and policy at Abbott and vice president of the Abbott Fund. From 1991 to 2002, Roy held several leadership positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Prior to that, she worked at the United Nations. Roy’s honors include the 2011 Women’s Opportunity Network International Women’s Leadership Award, the 2014 World Affairs Council Global Education Award, and the 2015 YWCA Toronto’s Women of Distinction Award.
