Peter Kaldes is president and CEO of Next50, a national foundation dedicated to making aging more affordable. In this role since 2023, he has introduced a global, entrepreneurial approach to grantmaking and impact investing. He previously led the American Society on Aging, the nation’s largest professional association in aging, during which time he expanded the organization’s membership, reach and influence, and was president and CEO of the South Florida Institute on Aging. Kaldes’ prior career spans diverse leadership roles including executive director of global philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase, international economic affairs director of President Obama’s National Security Council and co-founder and managing member of Kaldes Brothers Trading Co. He frequently speaks on aging, impact investing, policy and technology at major forums and in the media.
