Myechia Minter-Jordan is CEO of AARP, the world's largest non-profit membership organization with nearly 2,300 staff, 60,000 volunteers and numerous strategic partners. An accomplished physician and advocate, Minter-Jordan combines social impact with business acumen to drive strategic decisions and collaboration. Her career began in academic medicine at Johns Hopkins, where she served as an attending physician and instructor. Subsequently, she became chief medical officer and later president and CEO of the Dimock Center in Massachusetts, forming partnerships with Harvard Medical School and others to advance person-centered care. Immediately prior to AARP, Minter-Jordan led the CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, launching innovative solutions for accessible and equitable health systems.
