MK Guth is a visual artist working in video, photography, sculpture, and interactive performance. In 2012, Marylhurst University released a monograph on her work. She has been reviewed in journals such as The New York Times, Flash Art, ArtForum, Sculpture, and elsewhere. She is a recipient of the Bonnie Bronson award and a Betty Bowen special recognition award through the Seattle Art Museum. She has exhibited widely at the likes of The Whitney Museum of American Art; Boise Art Museum; Melbourne International Arts Festival; Nottdance Festival in Nottingham, England; and Yerba Buena in San Francisco. Guth is an associate professor at the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland.
