Mike McConnell is vice chairman of Booz Allen Hamilton and leads its cyber business. From 2007 to 2009, he was US director of national intelligence. McConnell was a US Navy intelligence officer, rising to become intelligence officer on the Joint Chiefs of Staff and director of the National Security Agency. Currently, he focuses on counterterrorism, cybersecurity, counterproliferation, and foreign intelligence. McConnell has twice received the nation’s highest award for service in the intelligence community, once by President Clinton and once by President George W. Bush.
