Michael Lynton is CEO of Sony Entertainment and chairman and CEO of Sony Pictures Entertainment. He previously worked for Time Warner as CEO of AOL Europe, president of AOL International, and president of Time Warner International. From 1996 to 2000, he was chairman and CEO of Pearson’s Penguin Group, and from 1992 to 1996, he was president of Disney’s Hollywood Pictures. Lynton serves on the boards of the American Film Institute, Smithsonian Board of Regents, Harvard Board of Overseers, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, J. Paul Getty Trust, USC School of Cinematic Arts, and the RAND Corporation, as well as the boards of directors of Snapchat and Ares Management.
