Matthew Slaughter is associate dean for faculty, Signal Companies’ Professor of Management, and founding faculty director of the Center for Global Business and Government at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He is a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, adjunct senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, and member of the Congressional Budget Office’s Panel of Economic Advisers, among other advisory roles. Slaughter previously served on the president’s Council of Economic Advisers and was on Dartmouth’s economics faculty. He received Dartmouth’s John M. Manley Huntington Teaching Award and Tuck’s Class of 2011 Teaching Excellence Award.
