Kimberlyn (Kim) Leary

Kimberlyn Leary is a senior vice president at Urban Institute. She is also an associate professor of psychology at Harvard Medical School, an associate professor in the health policy and management department at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a senior fellow at the Bloomberg Center for Cities at Harvard University. Leary previously was a senior policy advisor to the Biden administration at the Domestic Policy Council and a senior equity fellow at the Office of Management and Budget. She previously was an advisor to the Obama administration, working with the White House Council on Women and Girls to develop the Advancing Equity Initiative focused on improving life outcomes for women and girls of color.
