KC Hardin is co-founder and CEO of Conservatorio, a real estate development company dedicated to sustainable revitalization of urban cores in Latin America, driven by a vision for culturally and economically vibrant historic cores that retain character and social diversity. Hardin is also co-founder of Esperanza San Felipe, a gang-reintegration program that was a 2016 McNulty Prize laureate, a research affiliate and Mel King fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a fellow of the Aspen Institute’s Central American Leadership Initiative. He was previously a corporate lawyer with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York and Tokyo, focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
