Kathy Giusti is a multiple myeloma patient and founder and chief mission officer of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation and Multiple Myeloma Research Consortium. She is faculty co-chair of the HBS-Kraft Precision Medicine Accelerator and serves on the advisory boards of Verily, Project Baseline, and HBS Health, as well as the nonprofit council of FasterCures. Giusti’s leadership in precision medicine, data sharing, and patient engagement have earned her numerous honors, including being named one of three Business Leaders Disrupting Medicine and one of the World’s 50 Greatest Leaders by Fortune magazine. She’s been widely featured in the media, including on “NBC Nightly News” and in The Wall Street Journal and WIRED.
