Kalissa Hendrickson is the director of executive leadership seminars at the Aspen Institute, where she oversees operations, development, and delivery of more than 25 seminars per year, including the Aspen Executive Seminar on Leadership, Values, and the Good Society. Previously, Hendrickson taught literature and composition at Arizona State University, where she earned her PhD in English literature with a specialty in 18th century drama. She co-founded and was co-president of ASU’s Graduate Women’s Association and worked in grant writing and grant administration for ASU’s Institute of Humanities Research. Hendrickson’s work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, and she has presented at national and international conferences. She has also done sales and marketing for Village Voice Media.
