Joseph Fuller

Professor of Management Practice, Harvard Business School

Joseph Fuller is a professor of management practice at Harvard Business School and co-leads its ongoing project on the Future of Work. He was a founder and former CEO of Monitor Group, now Monitor-Deloitte, a global management consultancy. He has spent the last five years studying issues related to employment and income polarization, with a particular focus on the skills gap. His most recent research focuses on degree inflation and evolution of the care economy. Fuller’s work indicates that the obligation to care for others regularly disrupts the career paths of many Americans, primarily women, and that employers fail to account for this phenomenon in crafting human resource policies.
