Jenny Sia is director of corporate responsibility for Pfizer, working to implement key elements of the company’s corporate responsibility (CR) strategy related to access to health care. She is responsible for grantmaking to advance Pfizer’s social investment portfolio and NGO engagement, and leads the Pfizer Foundation’s impact investing and social entrepreneurship strategy as well as the Foundation’s immunization portfolio. Sia has been part of Pfizer’s CR team since May 2003 and has worked in variety of areas including public reporting, stakeholder and socially responsible investor outreach, and policy development. She previously spent a year in Beijing developing a CR strategy for Pfizer China.
