James Reynolds Jr.

James Reynolds Jr. is chairman and CEO of Loop Capital, which he co-founded in 1997. A 30-year financial services veteran, he established and headed the Midwest municipal bond sales desk at PaineWebber early in his career and subsequently joined the corporate and institutional client group at Merrill Lynch. Reynolds serves on boards including buildOn, Chicago United, Get In Chicago. He is vice chair of the Chicago Urban League, a CFA Institute member, and co-chair of the Public Safety Action Committee, appointed by Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who also previously appointed him to serve on the boards of World Business Chicago and The Illinois Sports Facilities Authority.
