
Jada Imani Carter is a peer mentor with Creative Young Leaders Alliance, a program of the Aspen Institute providing mentorship and training to the next generation of young arts leaders. A workshop facilitator, emcee, and founder of Tatu Vision, she works toward a vision of regenerative communities through her performance and healing arts. Carter builds coalitions with communities of poets, hip-hop heads, entrepreneurs, and permaculturists alike, curating and hosting at least two events on behalf of Tatu Vision each month and several workshops throughout the year. She is a licensed Kingian Nonviolence practitioner and a trained facilitator of Youth Speaks writing workshops.
