Francis Suarez is the mayor of Miami. In this capacity, he champions the integration of climate-adaptive technologies, building practices, and economic policies across government. A Rodel fellow at the Aspen Institute, Suarez also practices law with the firm Quinn Emanuel. He is the president of the US Conference of Mayors and vice chair of the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization. Suarez’s recognition includes being named to the 2019 TIME 100 Next and 2021 Fortune World’s 50 Greatest Leaders lists.
