Fiona Dawson is president of Mars Food, Drinks, and Multisales and a member of the Mars leadership team. She joined Mars in 1988 straight from college, and, apart from a few years at Pepsi, has spent her career there with roles including European marketing vice president and president of Mars Chocolate UK. Dawson sits on the Women’s Business Council and served on the Economic Development Advisory Group to the UK’s International Development Department. She was previously president of the Institute of Grocery Distribution and vice president of the Food and Drink Federation, where she led sustainability and health and well-being committees, becoming a member of the UK’s Responsibility Deal.
