David Frum is a staff writer at The Atlantic. From 2014 through 2017, he served as chairman of the board of trustees of the UK think tank Policy Exchange. He was a senior advisor to the Rudy Giuliani presidential campaign in 2007 and 2008 and served as speechwriter and special assistant to President George W. Bush in 2001 and 2002. Frum is the author of nine books, including, most recently, Trumpocracy: The Corruption of the American Republic. His first book, Dead Right, is about the American conservative movement, and his memoir of the Bush administration, The Right Man, was a No. 1 New York Times best-seller.
