Dan Glickman is a vice president of the Aspen Institute, executive director of its Congressional Program, and a Senior Fellow at the Bipartisan Policy Center, where he co-chairs its Democracy Project. He previously served as US agriculture secretary in the Clinton administration and as a US representative from Kansas for 18 years. Glickman has also chaired the Motion Picture Association of America and directed the Harvard Kennedy School Institute of Politics. He chairs the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition and serves on the boards of the Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research (where he is past chair), World Food Program USA, Food Research & Action Center, and Issue One.
