Carey Meyers
Associate Director, Communications, The Rockefeller Foundation
Carey Meyers is associate director of communications for The Rockefeller Foundation, responsible for strategic communications of its resilience portfolio and communications planning in its Africa and Asia regional offices. Prior to this, she worked in global health and development programs and research, as well as in communications roles. At EngenderHealth, she managed corporate and programs communications for 14 offices across Asia and Africa. Previously, as part of the health care practice at Porter Novelli, she supported campaigns for a children’s pneumonia vaccine in the United States and in Asia. Meyers began her career at the Population Council, where she was on the team that launched the global adolescent girls’ movement.
