Campbell Brown is global head of news partnerships at Facebook. She has nearly 20 years of experience in journalism, including anchoring a primetime political news program at CNN from 2007 to 2010 and an eleven-year tenure at NBC News. At NBC, she was co-anchor of the weekend edition of “TODAY,” White House correspondent during President George W. Bush’s first term, and primary substitute anchor for “NBC Nightly News.” She began her career in local news, moving up the ranks of NBC affiliates in Topeka, KS; Richmond, VA; Baltimore; and Washington, DC. Campbell is also the founder of The 74, a nonprofit news site covering education in the United States.
