Bridgitt Arnold is the general manager of communications for bgC3, Bill Gates’s personal office and Seattle-based think tank, where she is responsible for communications strategy and execution, including media and public relations. Before joining bgC3 in 2011, she spent twelve years at Microsoft in a variety of marketing roles supporting the company’s consumer-focused products — from the launch of the original Xbox through the acquisition of Skype. Prior to Microsoft, Arnold worked for the marketing communications company, J. Walter Thompson, focusing on campaign planning and management for a variety of technology, entertainment, and consumer companies. She serves on the advisory council for Last Mile Health.
