Singer; Songwriter; Activist, The SING Campaign

Annie Lennox is a singer, songwriter, and a tireless campaigner on the issue of HIV/AIDS and its impact on women and children’s lives. In addition to The SING Campaign she founded in 2007 to help prevent the spread of HIV in South Africa, Lennox is an ambassador for Oxfam, Nelson Mandela’s 46664 Campaign, Amnesty International, and several other organizations. Most recently, Lennox was given the very prestigious role of UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassador and has been granted an OBE by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
