Tom DeRosa is CEO of Welltower, which connects health care delivery providers and properties to create healthful environments for an aging population. Prior to joining Welltower in April 2014, DeRosa was vice chairman and chief financial officer of The Rouse Company. He previously held various positions at Deutsche Bank AG, including global co-head of the health care investment banking group, and Alex. Brown & Sons. He serves as a governor of the World Economic Forum and sits on the board of Argentum, the largest senior-living association in the United States. DeRosa is a frequent speaker on the growth of aging populations and the devastating impact of dementia.
