Susan Penfield is an executive vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton leading the Strategic Innovation Group (SIG) and a member of the company’s leadership team. As part of SIG, she provides executive leadership for five functional service organizations spanning analytics, cyber, engineering and science, management consulting, and systems delivery. In partnership with Booz Allen’s innovation agenda, these organizations find, develop, and rotate functional talent throughout the firm. Before joining SIG, Penfield led Booz Allen’s health business, where she drove technology and transformation initiatives across the federal, commercial, and nonprofit health space, providing consulting services for every major federal health-related organization in the United States.
