Roger Martin is Premier’s Research Chair in Productivity and Competitiveness and director of Martin Prosperity Institute at University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, where he was dean from 1998 to 2013. He has written eight books, including Playing to Win with A.G. Lafley, which won the 2013 Thinkers50 Best Book Award, and 20 Harvard Business Review articles. In 2013, Martin placed third on the Thinkers50 list and was named global Dean of the Year by Poets & Quants. Businessweek has named him one of the world’s most influential designers and an innovation guru. Martin is a strategy advisor to the CEOs of Procter & Gamble, Lego, IDEO, and Verizon.
