Raymond W. Kelly is president of risk management services for Cushman & Wakefield. He was previously the longest-serving commissioner in New York Police Department history, from 2002 to 2013 and 1992 to 1994. Kelly’s career also includes directing the International Police Force in Haiti, vice president of Interpol, commissioner of the US Customs Service, undersecretary of enforcement at the US Treasury Department, and 30 years in the US Marine Corps Reserves. A Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations and ABC News consultant, Kelly received 14 citations of merit for outstanding police work during his tenure at NYPD, the exceptionally meritorious service commendation, and France’s Légion d’honneur
