Randall Kempner

Randall Kempner is executive director of the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) at the Aspen Institute, a global network of organizations that propel entrepreneurship in emerging markets. With 20 years of experience in national and international economic development, he was previously vice president for regional innovation at the US Council on Competitiveness and co-founder of OTF Group, an international consulting firm that advises regions and nations on how to create competitive advantage. Kempner is a frequent author and speaker on entrepreneurship-based economic development strategies. His work has appeared in Forbes, Harvard Business Review, Innovations Journal, and Stanford Social Innovation Review.
