Paula Kerger

President and CEO, PBS (Festival Underwriter)

Paula Kerger is president and CEO of PBS, a position she has held since 2006, and president of the PBS Foundation, an independent organization that raises private-sector funding for PBS. Kerger previously worked for over a decade at Educational Broadcasting Corporation, the parent company of New York’s Thirteen/WNET and WLIW21, ultimately becoming executive vice president and COO. She serves on the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business Dean’s Advisory Council, is a member of the Women’s Forum, serves as a director of the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and is board chair of the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of Natural History.
