Lea Carpenter

Author, Eleven Days

Lea Carpenter is the author of Eleven Days, a novel that tells the account of America’s special operations forces via the story of an officer who goes missing off a mission the same night as the Osama bin Laden raid. Carpenter worked in literary publishing for ten years, most recently as deputy publisher of The Paris Review. She is a longtime volunteer for the New York Public Library and a founding member of the advisory board for Princeton University’s Lewis Center for the Arts.
