Kathy Baughman McLeod is senior vice president of global environmental and social risk at Bank of America. An expert on environment, climate change, and risk financing and pioneer in the field of climate resilience, she advises corporate leaders across a wide array of industries. Baughman McLeod was previously managing director of climate risk and investment for The Nature Conservancy, a renewable-energy finance and climate advisor for corporate clients, and deputy chief of staff to the State of Florida CFO, among other positions. She served on the Florida Energy and Climate Commission and the Clean Energy States Alliance, is a published author, and produced the award-winning documentary film series, The Nature of People.
