Judith Fabian

is the chief academic officer at the International Baccalaureate Organization. Before taking up the position of head of programme development with the International Baccalaureate in Cardiff, UK, in 2004, Fabian taught English and Theory of Knowledge in the IB Diploma Programme in international schools in Jordan, Tanzania, and Germany. She was also high school principal at the International School of Tanganyika and Munich International School, overseeing the implementation of the IB Middle Years Programme. Prior to her work in international schools, Fabian taught English and drama in state schools in London.
