James Corbett

James Corbett is principal of Initium Health. A seasoned health care executive and bioethicist bringing over a decade of C-level leadership experience, he has served in four health systems, providing leadership for behavioral and population health, research, innovation, global health, and ethics. He has established programs in population health, including the home delivery of healthy meals to patients recently discharged from hospitals, hospital farmers markets, and veggie Rx prescription programs. A fellow of the Nashville Healthcare Council, Corbett was previously a fellow at Harvard Medical School and Harvard’s Safra Center for Ethics. He is a voting member of the National Institute of Health’s National Advisory Council for Nursing Research.
