Graham Irwin is president and CEO of Irwin Seating Company, a family-owned fixed public seating manufacturer started by his great-grandfather in 1908 that makes chairs, bleachers, and retractable platforms for public assembly venues. Irwin began working at Irwin Seating in 2006, and his experience at the company has included leadership positions in engineering, sales administration and project management, and product and business development. He and his management team partner with Toyota’s TSSC, a not-for-profit organization that shares the Toyota production system with other organizations, to better prepare the company’s problem-solving culture to tackle this generation’s challenges.
