Freda Lewis-Hall is executive vice president and chief medical officer of Pfizer. She previously led research projects for the National Institutes of Health and was vice chair of the psychiatry department at Howard University College of Medicine. Lewis-Hall is chair of the Cures Acceleration Network Review Board and an advisory council member of the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences of NIH. Her board service also includes the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute, the Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative Executive Committee, Harvard Medical School, Save the Children, and the Institute of Medicine’s Forum on Drug Discovery, Development, and Translation.
