Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, Gap, Inc.
Eva Sage-Gavin is executive vice president of global human resources and corporate affairs at Gap Inc., where she’s been since 2003. She sets the strategy for the company’s communications, foundation, government, and public affairs, as well as human resources operations worldwide. Sage-Gavin also oversees diversity, rewards, recognition, employee benefits, learning and development, strategic change, social responsibility, government relations, public affairs, and internal and external communications. Previously, she served in various senior human resources leadership positions for Sun Microsystems, Disney Consumer Products, Pepsi Corporation, and Xerox Corporation. She is a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources. Sage-Gavin serves on a number of industry group boards including the Cornell Center for Advanced Human Resources Studies, the President’s Council of Cornell Women, the University of Southern California’s Center for Effective Organizations, and the Human Resource Policy Association, where she chairs the Workforce Development committee. She is a member of the Skills for America’s Future Advisory Board, working with the White House, Aspen Institute, community colleges, and corporations to build skilled workforces.
