Dave Chokshi is chief population health officer at New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, practices internal medicine at Bellevue Hospital, and is a clinical associate professor of population health and medicine at NYU Langone Medical Center. Chokshi’s prior work experience includes serving as a White House Fellow at the US Department of Veterans Affairs and positions with the New York City and state health departments, the Louisiana Department of Health, and a clinical software company. In 2016, President Obama appointed him to the Prevention Advisory Group.
