Chris Klug

Founder and Chairman, Chris Klug Foundation; US Olympian

Chris Klug is a retired professional snowboarder, realtor with Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty, and founder and chairman of the Chris Klug Foundation, which promotes life-saving organ and tissue donation. Klug spent 20 years on the World Cup snowboarding circuit and competed in three Olympics, winning a bronze medal in parallel giant slalom in 2002. He was also the first American Olympian with an organ transplant, having received a life-saving liver transplant in 2000. Klug is the author of his biography, To the Edge and Back, and made a documentary about his journey called Ride of Your Life.
