Carol M. Browner

Carol M. Browner is a principal of The Albright Group, LLC, and a principal of Albright Capital Management. In her current position, Browner, an attorney, provides strategic counsel in the critical areas of environmental protection, climate change, and energy conservation and security. Browner served as Administrator of the US Environmental Protection Agency, a Cabinet level position she held for eight years. As the longest-serving administrator in the history of the agency, she enacted the strongest-ever national air pollution standards, created alternatives to traditional regulatory programs, and leveraged more than $1 billion in public and private funds to cleanup brownfields. Browner currently chairs the board of the National Audubon Society and serves on the board of the Center for American Progress and the Alliance for Climate Protection.
