Bobbi Silten is the former executive vice president of global talent and sustainability at Gap Inc., from which she retired in 2017. From 2005 to 2015, she led Gap Foundation and its global community investments in women’s advancement and youth-first jobs. Previously, Silten spent ten years at Levi Strauss & Co., including five years as president of the U.S. Dockers brand. She started her professional career in advertising. In 2011 and 2012, Silten served on the White House Council for Community Solutions, co-leading the Youth Employment Program working group, which developed the Connecting Youth & Business toolkit. She was a founding member and chair of the Reimagining Service initiative.
