Aaron Sorkin is a screenwriter, playwright, and film and television producer. His screenplays include the 2012 film adaption of Moneyball, The Social Network, A Few Good Men, Malice, The American President, and Charlie Wilson’s War. In television, he created and produced the award-winning hit series “The West Wing,” “Sports Night,” and “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.” Upcoming projects include film versions of the biography Steve Jobs, The Politician about former senator John Edwards, the Michael Lewis financial drama Flash Boys, and Molly’s Game. Sorkin’s work has earned him many awards including an Oscar, Golden Globe, several Emmys, and a Peabody Award. Earlier in his career, he wrote Broadway plays.
