Why Invest in America's Children?

This talk explores the ways government, communities, business, religious organizations, and individuals can share responsibility with parents for our nation's youth and their future. How do we give all kids a fair start in life through individual responsibility, coupled with national and community investments? What part of the solution rests with parents? What is the role of government? What role do other institutions — private individuals, business, churches, communities — play?
