Personalized Nutrition and Your Genes: A Glimpse Into the Future and What You Can Eat While You Wait

Nutrition guru Dr. David Heber has become expert in a new area of nutrition, what he refers to as "personalized health nutrition," which stems from the idea that genetic differences between individuals cause people to respond differently to different diets (thus, a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work). It is also based on the tenet that what individuals eat can actually influence gene expression and affect health.
