Leveraging Diversity in a Connected World

Through social networking sites and other virtual Worlds, communities of interest and action are building across borders and across the globe. New technologies have changed the definition of "community" and have shifted organizational boundaries. The impact of these new technologies is that they allow diverse individuals to produce "superadditive" benefits. Scott Page discusses with David Kirkpatrick.
