Field Recordings at the Festival, with NPR Music

In collaboration with NPR Music, Field Recordings at Aspen Ideas takes artists off the beaten path and throughout the magnificent 40-acre Aspen campus for unamplified outdoor performances. The natural acoustics and stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains make for a truly a one-of-a-kind listening experience.

Enjoy stripped-down sets from Son Little, Jonathan Scales Fourchestra, Chris Thile, Hurray for the Riff Raff and Common.

Watch as Common and students from the Aspen Music Festival and School take the 1982 soft-rock hit and make something spontaneous, yet memorable.
